- Increase organizational awareness through marketing initiatives.
- To do regular fieldwork to understand and develop sales plan month on month.
- Responsible to actively cover & maintain good relationship with all the allotted Doctors within the given area. Must constantly engage with the core Doctors/Hospitals.
- Must be prompt & regular in updating Monthly work plan, & reports on daily basis to the reporting authority.
- To execute the various activities like Workshops, CMEs. Marketing activities etc.
- Daily /Weekly/Monthly progress report should be submitted in brief to management about the activities assigned.
- Must constantly engage with the core Doctors/Hospitals to initiate the MOU tie-ups.
- The ability to motivate and lead a team, Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Give individual counseling and guidance to all sales /supporting staff as and when necessary.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
