Responsibilities:
- Procure new clients through a variety of channels: direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing team.
- Establish the company's footprint, and develop and put into action methods to entice and onboard new franchisees.
- Engage with potential business partners via phone, email, digital platforms or video call
- Strategize and generate value for existing and potential customers/business partners.
- Develop business proposals and prepare contracts for signature
- Respond to inquiries with proposals and quotes and closing sales
- Assist existing franchisees with the development and expansion of their franchises
- Collaborate within our team and departments to ensure a constant business growth
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business administration or experience in a related field.
- Proven experience in B2B sales or franchise business development
- Strong understanding of franchise operations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal English
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive relationships with new and existing franchisees.

Salary: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
