Business Development Representative [United Arab Emirates]


 

Responsibilities:

  • Procure new clients through a variety of channels: direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing team.
  • Establish the company's footprint, and develop and put into action methods to entice and onboard new franchisees.
  • Engage with potential business partners via phone, email, digital platforms or video call
  • Strategize and generate value for existing and potential customers/business partners.
  • Develop business proposals and prepare contracts for signature
  • Respond to inquiries with proposals and quotes and closing sales
  • Assist existing franchisees with the development and expansion of their franchises
  • Collaborate within our team and departments to ensure a constant business growth

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business administration or experience in a related field.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales or franchise business development
  • Strong understanding of franchise operations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal English
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive relationships with new and existing franchisees.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
